ODDBOX
Terms of Service
Effective October 27, 2026 · Questions: support@oddbox.me
These terms are an agreement between you and NightHouse Studios LLC, doing business as ODDBOX ("ODDBOX", "we") for using oddbox.me and app.oddbox.me. By creating an account or publishing a page, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use ODDBOX
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services where you live. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms. If you use ODDBOX for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree for it.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and your email address current. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@oddbox.me if you think someone else has access.
3. Your content
- It's yours. You keep ownership of everything you put on ODDBOX.
- Permission to show it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, display, copy, and share your content only as needed to run ODDBOX. That includes showing your published page to visitors, making link previews and QR codes, and listing your page on Explore if you choose to. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that roll off on schedule.
- You're responsible for it. Only post things you have the right to post, including photos, videos, music, logos, and other people's names or likenesses.
- You can take it with you. You can export your page and download your data at any time.
4. What's not allowed
Don't use ODDBOX to:
- break the law, or help others do so;
- scam, phish, or trick people. This includes fake login forms or pages pretending to be another person, brand, or ODDBOX;
- harass, threaten, or promote hatred or violence against people or groups;
- post sexual content involving minors (we report it to the authorities), non-consensual intimate images, or graphic violence meant to shock;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights;
- spread malware or spam, or collect people's information without their consent;
- interfere with ODDBOX, get around limits or security, or access other people's accounts or data;
- resell or copy ODDBOX itself without our written permission.
5. Reports and removal
Anyone can report a page using the "Report this page" link. We may remove content, unpublish a page, or disable an account that breaks these terms or puts people at risk. When we act on your account, we'll tell you why when we can, and you can reply to support@oddbox.me if you think we made a mistake. For copyright complaints, email support@oddbox.me with the original work, the page address, and your contact details.
6. Other services
Pages can include players, maps, and links from other services (for example YouTube, Spotify, or a store). Imports read public profiles you name (for example Instagram or Linktree). Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. Make sure you're allowed to use any content you bring in.
7. Plans and payments
ODDBOX has a free plan. Paid plans (such as Pro) and their prices are shown before you buy, and anything specific to them, like billing periods, renewals, and cancellation, will be shown at checkout. During the beta, some features may be free, limited, or change. We'll give notice before raising the price of a plan you already pay for.
8. Beta and changes to ODDBOX
ODDBOX is in beta and keeps improving. We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We'll try to give notice of changes that matter, and we'll always let you export your page.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or stay inactive for a long time (we'll email first in that case). Sections 3 (only for content still in backups), 10, 11, 12, and 13 continue after an account ends.
10. No warranties
ODDBOX is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important content; export is always available.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, ODDBOX isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against ODDBOX because of your content or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, to the extent the law allows.
13. The law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where NightHouse Studios LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email support@oddbox.me so we can try to fix it informally within 30 days. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in that state, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users before the changes apply. If you keep using ODDBOX after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
